Our Systems Integration Business Partner program, for example, includes professional services firms experienced in successfully implementing our solutions at high-volume distribution centers. We select these partners based on their domain expertise, regional support capabilities and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Several years ago, Catalyst also entered into an advanced strategic alliance with SAP AG, the dominant supplier of ERP software solutions. Built on Catalyst’s deep knowledge of SAP systems, this alliance focused on developing the highest performance supply chain solutions for the SAP R/3 and mySAP.com platforms. CatalystCommand 9.0 features a wide array of product capabilities and customized integration designed specifically for SAP systems. Our customers can also utilize either the CatalystCommand family of products, or SAP’s own Logistics Execution System (LES), and still take advantage of Catalyst’s extensive array of services, including implementation and value-added support services for both platforms.

To keep our products on the leading edge of supply chain technology innovation, Catalyst offers enhanced functionality through our partnerships with Kewill (e-fullfillment, shipping management), StreamSoft (slotting) and Viewlocity (visibility for trading interactions). These relationships enable us to help customers extend their control deeper into the supply chain.
