Supply Chain IT Infrastructure Services
CatalystCare IT Manager comprises a suite of customized services available to customers wanting to better leverage or even outsource the management of their supply chain IT infrastructure. Because each client has different needs, Catalyst collaborates with IT management to determine the right level of hands-on support and the right mix of dedicated and temporary resources, both on-site and on-call.
Service options include:
Full-time, On-site Support.
Catalyst builds and trains a full-time team of experts to serve as our client’s IT staff and gives them complete day-to-day control. The team’s responsibilities could include WMS application support, extended IT WMS support for the WMS and its associated tools (Material Handling Equipment, etc.), and general IT support for servers, networking and other needs.
Temporary On-site IT Resource Augmentation.
Sometimes customers prefer to handle most IT management requirements on their own, but would like a little extra assistance during critical periods. Catalyst accommodates their needs by offering experts on a temporary basis to help with system upgrades, bringing new facilities online, retooling for new distribution strategies or other IT changes in the supply chain.
Remote IT Management.
Once a system is up and running, it needs periodic maintenance to maintain high-performance productivity and efficiency. Catalyst can organize regular maintenance schedules designed to service the hardware, software, networks and other components of a client’s system. These services include system tuning, disaster planning and recovery, and proactive transaction and data analysis.
Value-add IT Consulting from Dedicated Experts.
The more extensive a client’s supply chain operations become, the greater their need for a strong bench of experts they can count on for the right answers. For these customers, Catalyst will create a customized Center of Competency staffed with experts knowledgeable about their systems, technology development trends and their specific business objectives. These dedicated resources would be available “on-call” to offer strategic counsel, resolve problems and help customers plan and design multi-site supply chain IT projects.
